Would it be healthy to only eat balance bars for your daily caloric intake? - are balance bars good for you

Balance bars have 200 calories so if I eat 2,000 calories per day, it is edible 6 to this day instead of meals, but with fruit and veggitables?

I agree with the above Ish. Balance Bars are a good source of nutrition, but not the majority of their diet. First you must understand why you have decided to consider this request. If, as someone suggested, it attempts to lose weight, your plan may aid.
