Fitness What Is The Difference Between A Fitness And Bike And A Road Bike?

What is the difference between a fitness and bike and a road bike? - fitness

I am a regular mountain biker, but as a road trip, too. However, I am a full suspension is a tragedy for the sidewalk, and my stiff too heavy for the trip. I would like to respond a little easier and better. The problem is that I am not super friend "feel" for road bikes. I looked at Trek (was) my favorite "bike-fitness" and "urban" bike and I'm wondering if someone can tell me what are the advantages and disadvantages of choosing a gym or d 'a city bicycle on a road bike?

THANK YOU! :)

Well, here goes, a road bike is a race-inspired design. Do you have an "attack" position all the time, no matter how you get your hands on the bars. The frames are much lighter than the wheel and tires are much thinner, and (of course). What is not completely obvious is the change in the driver's seat. The seat is higher and the stems / HB is positioned so that you are more upright, but leaning forward.

Hybrids, aka Bike Fitness / Urban bikes are basically a mix of road bikes and mountain bikes. Get the geometry of the bike, but the concepts / ideas for a racing bike. The wheels of a mixture of 700 cc, which is like a racer, but the tire size is actually a little wider and thicker. (instead of 18-25, which is) 32-38. The driving position is similar to the feel of a bicycle to relax and not an attack position. Components manufactured in both directions. Some models have components, while some components of ATV racing. However, this depends on a standard receiver. Some also have carbon fiber or distributedE frame / fork, while others are completely rigid. Sometimes you can find a seat post suspension, but in "Fitness" bike is usually a rigid fork. Weight wise, the hybrids ranging from 20-25 pounds, but they are actually surprisingly fast. Trek, Giant, Specialized, Cannondale and many others, now offer all the hybrids.
Strengths: Hybrids are cheaper and have the same basic concept of the transition from point A to point B quickly, but comfortably, but work is still a beautiful walk. The geometry is very similar to an ATV. Faster than the ATV. Does not need much care if you take care of them.

Disadvantages: Not as light as a racing bike. Components can not buy Cheapy, if a good model. It can be as expensive as road bikes, so think a good model.

I have two mountain bikes and road bikes and love them both. I love cycling, whatever it is. However, there is a difference between the two. If you just want to get from point A to point B, I get a hybrid. If you have a cardiovascular and get huge legs, get a racing bike. It took some time to break and to buy
